Beef Tenderloin

The lunch at Jean-Georges in NYC came highly recommended to me and I can confirm it did not disappoint! The highlight for me was the beef tenderloin served with spinach, pear and horseradish sauce and cheese pommes. The beef was incredibly tender and succulent.
