Ecuadorian bollo de pescado

Diverse Jackson Heights, Queens, has a sizeable Ecuadorian population (among others!), and the great Ecuadorian eateries to match. This is one of our favorite dishes, the tamale-like bollo de pescado: creamy, savory, made of plantain & fish. So delicious! The ceviche is excellent here too.
