Chewy, housemade wheat noodles and spongy cubes of wheat gluten are bathed in sesame sauce, fiery chili oil, and vinegar. The noodles are garnished with cucumber, cilantro, and bean sprouts. It is served cold and the heat from the chili oil will make you sweat profusely, making it a perfect hot weather dish.
