Naked cowboys are wild oysters from the Long Island Sound, beautifully briny and rich. You don't see these nearly as often in NYC as you do Long Island's Blue Points, so try 'em if you find them. This throwback New Orleans-y oyster bar in Williamsburg, with a lovely back garden, is an ideal place to slurp a few, accompanied by a fancy cocktail.
