Peking duck buns

Submitted by lsr
Corner 28
40-28 Main St, Flushing, NY

A block south of the subway exit on Main St. in Flushing (Queens' Chinatown) is one of the neighborhood's most delicious, satisfying little treats: Cantonese-style roasted Peking duck buns. Sold from a streetside stall in front of Corner 28 restaurant, this is a perfectly crispy, tender portion of duck wrapped in a pillowy bun with scallions & sweet hoisin sauce--all for just $1 a pop.
