Shingara

Shingara is a Bengali samosa, and this one was recommended to me by a Bengali local (on a street in Queens lined with Bangladeshi restaurants). It’s so good! This was veg, stuffed with well-seasoned potato, peas and other vegs in a crisp flaky shell. So plump and yummy.
