There's a little tofu takeout shop at the front of this flower shop in Flushing, Queens' massive Chinatown. Smooth & creamy, served warm & fresh, it's an amazing treat & travels well, if you can't finish it all. This is the sweet variety, doused in a honey-like syrup; you can also go savory w/a chili oil topping.
