The pork soup dumplings (xiao long bao) are wonderful here--ultrathin skins wrapping a deliciously juicy mix of meat and its "soup" (the thinness of the wrap is why these look so fat on the plate). Hard to stray away from this variety, but there's also a pork and crab, a super spicy, and a wasabi variety--plus chocolate soup dumplings for dessert!
