Thai toast has become a big thing in Elmhurst, Queens, also known as Thai Town or Little Bangkok. Lots of Thais around! And apparently toast is super popular with young ppl back in the real Bangkok. This rendition is decadent and outrageously delicious, brushed with butter, topped with vanilla ice cream, and served with bananas.
