Tender beef and chicken fajitas with carmelized onions, red and green bell peppers & mushrooms topped with queso. Add pico de gallo, borracho beans, Spanish rice and corn (or flour) tortillas and dig in! Served sizzling hot. My mom (rightfully so) argued there is really no such thing as chicken fajitas. Know why?
