Tidal Bay is Nova Scotia’s first appellation wine. It is a fresh and crisp white wine blend, which pairs perfectly with Nova Scotia seafood. The blend varies, but may include Seyval, Vidal, Geisenheim 318, Ortega, Muskat, and especially L’Acadie Blanc – a grape grafted especially for the Nova Scotian coastal climate.
