Rosquillas en Miel
Rosquillas en Miel are incredibly sweet, and in a region known for sugar production, it's no wonder the locals are crazy for them. They are made with a combination of local soft cheese, corn and a bit of lard to hold it together. They are boiled and then served with a sugar (as opposed to honey despite the name) reduction.
