The chamussa (or chamuça) is like the Portuguese version of a samosa, really more of a fried wonton wrapped around a meat or veg filling. This one, one of many yummy salgados (and bifana!) to be tried at this cafe, was filled with chicken and vaguely Indian spices, and had a super flaky crust.
