Chivito

Avenida 18 de Julio 1350, Montevideo, Uruguay

Uruguayans refer to Chivito as their national dish. While it means "little goat," Chivito is a sandwich of thinly sliced filet mignon, ham, cheese, olives, egg, bacon, and mayonnaise, although variations exist.
