The Ribs are slow-cooked and dry-rubbed. More dry rub on top before it hits the table to add that last bit of spice to the ribs. BBQ sauce need not apply. The Pulled Pork was a bonus in my eyes. Tender and juicy with just the right amount of sauce on it. Mix with coleslaw and let St. Chris open the pearly gates for you.
