Festival–fried dough fingers–are everywhere in Jamaica; it’s a common side dish with meat or seafood mains. However it’s often disappointing, too dry and probably reheated. At this beach shack in Portland parish though, it was made fresh before our eyes. Game changer. This festival was so good!
