Bol Renverse (reverse bowl) is one of the few times Madagascar will deliver rice already mixed with something — and the presentation is quite fun too. When brought to the table, servers will take the bowl off the plate to reveal a perfect mound of rice with vegetables, meat (usually pork), and a fried egg, hence the name. You can order vegetarian.
