Egg waffle

Submitted by bilbaobab
Tin Hau Street Hawker
Causeway bay

The fragrant waffles made out of mostly eggs and flour are cooked over a charcoal stove, so there is a hint of smokey flavour on these. There is an old man in Tin Hau hawking these waffles, but with the lack of a license, he hasn't been seen in a while. You can find crisp delicious ones at the large cross junction of Causeway Bay
