This pea soup is a very tasty curry and street food that’s local to our country (particularly eastern India), made from simple native foods and calling up childhood memories. We can eat curry or soup for snack and breakfast. It’s called ghugni, or ghogoni, in our local language. Dried yellow peas with onion, chili, spices, and more.
