Jalebi is a very popular sweet dish in India. It is made with flour in circular twirling shapes with expert hands. The circular shapes are fried and soaked in sugar syrup for a delicious taste. The flour is a mixture of maida and corn flour with baking soda. Jalebi occupies a very important place in Indian sweet dishes and loved by the locals. The taste is crispy outside and soft inside and brings in a sweet sugary feeling inside our mouth.
