Hokke (Okhotsk atka mackerel) is a fish from northern Japan served grilled with daikon. It’s delicious and very easy to separate bones from meat. The lighter on the side gives perspective to the immensity of the fish! Fujitori is a tiny restaurant serving some of the best yakitori I have ever eaten. I highly recommend going if you are in Sapporo!
