A doughy and sweet street food, hotteok is found at the food trucks or street stalls all over Korea. The center is stuffed with a mixture of sugar, cinnamon, and peanuts; it’s then tossed onto a heavily greased griddle and molded into a pancake shape. Be careful not to bite into it too soon-it’s HOT!
