Macanese pork chop noodles

The local cafe also known as Cha Chaan teng (local teahouse) serves up delicious pulled noodles in a soy based sauce with a side of deep fried pork chops—a light touch of western cuisine and the Portuguese influence. Ask for extra egg, break the running yolk over the noodles and mix, it brings out the flavour.
