Shrimp roe bamboo rolled noodles are a traditional dish in Southern China and seen in local eateries in Hong Kong, Macau and the Guangdong region. Accompanying the noodles sprinkled with thousands of shrimp roe are fresh shrimp dumplings. Taken dry or with soup.
