You will queue for a while, but trust me, it's worth it. This unique variant on the Taiwanese classic bubble tea marries tapioca pearls (freshly made daily), dark brown sugar syrup, a scoop of ice (the syrup goes in steaming hot), all topped off with fresh milk. Maybe the best bubble/milk drink you will ever have?
