This is a sweeter, crispier bagel than what you’d find in NY but it’s absolutely delicious and especially so when hot and fresh from the oven. When ordering, sesame seeds are called white seeds, a black seed bagel has poppy seeds, and an “everything bagel” is All Dressed.
