Perfectly cooked duck confit with its gravy fat poured onto crisp fries (cooked in duck fat) and topped with fresh, melted cheese curds. This is not a joke. This is soo real that I HAD to try it (admittedly with three friends to help) on my last trip to Montreal--and it lived up to its description. A heart attack on a plate for sure, but "When in Montreal." So it goes...
