Started by the industrious Mennonites in 1994 when they realized that imported ice cream was selling for $32 a gallon in Belize, Western Dairies turns out some of the best ice cream I have had. Try the sour sop and craboo (which tastes like peach) for a local experience. Eat it quickly…in Belize it melts fast!
