Okay, it’s probably cheating to put a fast food joint up on EYW, but the fried chicken at Pollo Campero is legitimately crispy deliciousness. And its probably the most popular institution in the whole country (at a guess). Its batter is not thick, but crispy and lightly spiced. Highly recommend for lovers of fried chicken.
