ISTMO brew pub is the first and only brew pub in Panama City, Panama. Their beers may not up there with the best ones in the US or Europe and they may not even have any IPAs to ease the pain of the odd hop head travelling through this country of uninteresting lager beers, but I was none the less grateful for a fresh pint I could actually taste.
