What quickly became my favorite dish in Prague (even though I am not a huge fan of red meat), this version of tatarák, or raw beef with egg yolk and spices, was superb. It comes premixed, rather than the do-it-yourself version, and three pieces of perfectly fried bread (topinky) and garlic. Everything at this restaurant is done with care and top ingredients.
