Like a mouthful of soft marshmallow fluff encased in dark chocolate, this delicious flodebolle, a traditional Danish sweet made w/sugar and whipped egg whites, sat atop a round wafer and was also covered in coconut flakes. This popular bakery chain was making them en masse behind the glassed-in kitchen. So good!
