“If you want a taste of Paradise, you just have to go on one of Aegean Flavours tours in Greece . I have taken almost a thousand pictures of this wonderful trip and it still does not depict all of the beauty, the smells, the food, the wine and the accommodations. This has been the first visit to Greece for my sister and I and those guys has accomplished a “tout de force” in organizing this trip. From the moment that we arrived to the day that we left, we have felt pampered and secure in knowing that they were there to look after all of the minute details. We ate Greek dishes such as tomato meat balls, pastitsio, lamp kleftiko, mousaka, feta cheese and stifado! We know how to prepate these recipes now.The Poros island and the maionland opposite hills are perfect for the cultivation of olive oil, which help produce a high-end extra virgin oilve oil. Often this olive oil is used as the only condiment for all the Greek dishes.
