Cremaet Coffee

Cremaet coffee is a take on another type of coffee called "carajillo". Carajillo originated during the times when Cuba was Spain's colony. Spanish soldiers added brandy or cognac to their coffee to get more "corajillo" ("courage") before the combat. Cremaet is a carajillo with burned sugar & alcohol, 3 whole coffee beans and a piece of lemon peel!
