In a town where Swedish food is hard to come by, Bullen didn’t disappoint with terrific meatballs and this fried pork dish, stekt fläsk. It actually stole the show, the big hunks of meat with their crispy skins and tender undersides, served with boiled potatoes and a pile of sauerkraut. Perfectly satisfying, esp with a cold beer!
