In Sinop, etli ekmek is katlama--a fried pancake-like pastry & local bakery specialty here--filled with minced meat (beef or lamb). It reminded us a little of börek, and was particularly delicious at this manti restaurant, dipped into the excess buttery yogurt sauce from the manti.
