Chaya y huevo tamal

Submitted by srosen
Tamale Don Taco
Calle centauro Norte tulum

A little tamale stand just off the main drag on the side of a quesadilla shop has a lot of "vida" and an unbelievable tamal de huevo y chaya (local leafy green). Topped with spicy tomato sauce, this filling and delicious snack is a must as you stroll down the Avenida looking for yet another place to drink.
