Green juice with chaya

Submitted by lsr
Lola Valentina
Hidalgo Norte, Isla Mujeres, Mexico

Basic agua de chaya--a common drink of water, sugar, and local leafy greens called chaya--gets a boost in this fancy green juice, which pairs the spinach-like green with a delicious mix of ginger, celery, lemon, cucumber, and green apple. A great way to start a day at the beach!
