Goat cheese with “hoja santa” pesto (native mexican herb that has special anise flavor, you can find it in tamales), some vegetables are grilled with this pesto and the goat cheese until they take the special “hoja santa” flavor. and at the end all is seasoned with a saffron and rice vinegar reduction!
That mix is really nice!
