Paila Marina is normally translated as “seafood soup” but do not think this soup is a starter or light dish. This is almost a fish and seafood stew that serves as an entree. A delicate broth of fish and cilantro with swimming chunks of all local seafood of the Chilean coast: giant mussels, white fish, salmon, clams, prawns and other shell seafood.
