Pizza Ragusa - mozzarella, tomato sauce, mini Roquefort-filled pancetta rolls

Submitted by mareyes
Pizza Piola
Gorriti 5751, Buenos Aires

"Porteños," as locals from Buenos Aires are called, are in love with pizza and it has come to be a traditional food for them. This Pizza Ragusa at Pizza Piola was "a la piedra," or stone-oven thin-crust pizza. Heavenly!

Editor's note: Thanks to huge waves of Italian immigration in centuries past, Argentina does indeed love its Italian food!
