Peru’s coastal ceviche is known around the world and the local versions don’t disappoint. The combinations are endless but I personally recommend the mixed ceviche of fresh fish and octopus topped with crunch fried calamari. La Mar, not exactly a hidden treasure with locations around the world, still knocks out a fantastic version.
