This traditional banana pudding is one of the only unchanging dishes on the eclectic revolving menu at this restaurant by chef Kevin Gillespie (of Top Chef fame). It’s a deep bowl of warm vanilla pudding, pound cake, and bananas crowned by a huge mass of crunchy meringue–maybe a little too much meringue, but then this is apparently how he grew up eating the stuff.
