This is one of the popular tostadas at an iconic seafood stall in Ensenada, La Guerrerense Carreta. It’s called the Singapur, or Singapore, tostada, and includes crab salad, shrimp, octopus, scallop, and avocado. It was delicious, and so fresh. Only thing I didn’t love was the mayo in the crab salad, but I still really enjoyed this.
