When you find yourself in beautiful Ulster County, make a trip to Main Street in Rosendale to peruse the shops. Step into the bakery for excellent coffee and bread and order (or preorder) an exquisite fruit tart, made with locally grown fruits. We heated ours up on a hot pan and scooped some vanilla ice cream on the side for a perfect summer dessert. A real treat, made to perfection.
