We ate a lot of ribs in our trip through the U.S. South, but the winner was the Brick Pit's pork ribs. The restaurant doesn't look like much - a small house in the middle of nowhere, with visitors' writing all over the walls - but everything about the ribs and the sides was perfection. Go with the spicy BBQ sauce, you won't regret it!
