The brick-and-mortar restaurant that stemmed from the legendary Roosevelt Ave. street-cart stand of the same name is a cozy space serving the same delicious arepas and more. The buttery arepa de choclo, made of freshly ground corn and generously sprinkled with salty queso blanco, remains my fave--try it with chorizo inside.
