Lamb Dumplings

83-29 Broadway, New York, NY 11373

In this Asian neighborhood of food treasures, Uncle Zhou's stands out for its cheap, delicious Henan (Chinese province) style cuisine. We have eaten half the menu by now, but no matter what we get, these lamb dumplings have to be on the table first. They are two-bite delicacies of fresh seasoned lamb with a soft and silky dough. You can order up a few extra orders and it may not even set you back $10 for the lot.
