Tofu skin skewers

Submitted by lsr
Biang!
41-10 Main St, Queens, NY 11355

"Spicy & tingly" boiled tofu skin skewers from a nice spot in Flushing, Queens' Chinatown. The family behind this restaurant owns the excellent Xi'an franchise in NYC; Biang! is a modern, brick-walled anomaly in this part of Queens. Good atmosphere & good food.
