Tomato pie, with red sauce and minimal (or underneath) cheese, is kind of a Philly (and south Jersey) thing, and there’s nothing better than eating it on amazing sourdough from an amazing sourdough bakery in South Philly. This isn’t exactly totally traditional tomato pie, but it is delicious! Go get it and a few boules to go.
