Tomato pie, with red sauce and minimal (or underneath) cheese, is kind of a Philly (and south Jersey) thing, and there’s nothing better than eating it on amazing sourdough from an amazing sourdough bakery in South Philly. Go get it and a few boules to go, and try whatever toasts they have too!
